Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Hermosa Beach, an IHG Hotel

The first room we stayed at had a great shower pressure, and selections. The bed was comfortable, as well as the next room. The first room looked more modern, (342) the next room looked a little more worn down but still good. (318) also, Breakfast was great. The staff in interacted was great one was housekeeping I can’t remember her name but she was nice, another was front desk (Johnathan) was super friendly and helpful. Everything was great for our stay . (My spouse, and child)

The bedroom and the bathroom were spacious, clean, nicely decorated, felt modern. The breakfast room was bright, pleasant and breakfast was good. The room was soundproofed so the noise from the busy boulevard didn't bother us at all.

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good and the area was well kept. Room was clean and fresh. Night clerk help us by allowing us to park in parking lot in a safe and unobstructed manner.

Great location - beach 10 min walk, wholefoods/trader joes 15 min walk, hermosa pier with restaurants etc ~15 min walk. Quiet rooms - I had connect (and had concern about it) but I did not hear my neighbors at all. They did not use TV or so, I guess, but it was absolutely quiet. Windows open to ventilate the room. Good breakfast - omelettes, yogurts, fresh fruits, good tase coffee. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good bed linen and no smell/spots towels. Good comfortable free parking. No cleaning until you ask - so noone bothers you. Little fitness center had all I need and was clean. Great personnel - they remembered all my questions and followed up on them, cared on concerns I had even more than myself:), provided all options, were very useful. So I had a happy stay. Thank you very much to all personnel of this place - reception, kitchen, cleaning.

Secure, free parking. Free breakfast. 10 minute walk to beach. Clean room.
